With a recent accomplishment of obtaining her life license in 2024, Molly is setting her sights even higher, actively pursuing the Certified Insurance Service Representative Designation in 2025. Her dedication to professional development ensures that she stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, delivering unparalleled service to Hinkle’s valued clients.

But Molly’s journey to insurance wasn’t a direct one. Graduating from Manheim Township High School in 2011 and earning her bachelor’s degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2015, Molly initially found fulfillment working in child welfare as a social worker for nearly seven years. Now, she brings her passion for building personal connections and making a positive impact to her role at Hinkle, where she thrives on forming meaningful relationships with clients.

Beyond the office, Molly finds her joy in the great outdoors, relishing every opportunity to immerse herself in nature’s beauty. Whether camping, hiking, kayaking or hitting the ski slopes, she embraces the adventures that await, often accompanied by her faithful companion, Phaze. With a bucket list filled with national parks to explore and dreams of future international travel adventures, Molly’s zest for life shines through in everything she does.
